To Schaumburg Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery

We are proud to announce the merger of Schaumburg Oral Surgery with Chicago Surgical Specialists, uniting the expertise of Drs. Mark Banakis, Anthony Spina and Victor Cimino.

With over 100 years of combined surgical experience, our newly formed team now offers an even broader range of procedures. This includes the full scope of oral and maxillofacial surgery, as well as comprehensive plastic surgical options—delivering even more value and care to you, our patients.  

We also welcome Dr. Mariusz Wrzosek, a Harvard-trained oral surgeon and U.S. Navy veteran, whose advanced training and clinical excellence further elevate the level of care we provide.

Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons are required to complete a minimum of four additional years of hospital-based surgical and anesthesia training after graduation from dental school. Our staff is also efficiently trained in assisting with all surgical procedures, including IV (intravenous) sedation and general anesthesia.   

To better serve our patients, we have introduced expanded office hours and more flexible scheduling options.
